I am a lover of sunrises and sunsets. The quiet time of the sunrise invites to open your eyes, mind, and heart to what the new day may bring. Anything is possible.

Then when we arrive at the end of the day we are beckoned to watch the sunset. It’s a time to reflect on what the day had to offer. To give gratitude.

Beginnings and endings.

The sunrise encourages us to start again. Give it another try. Follow that dream.

The sunset encourages us to reflect on our day. Be thankful in what we accomplished…even if it was just making it through another day.

Take time to get outside and watch in awe as many sunrises and sunsets as you possibly can. We are only so many sunrises and sunsets in our lifetime…and we never know until it is too late how many that is.
