A simple blog post today. As I said yesterday…it now feels like Autumn here. The light has changed.
This morning I went to open our gate and noticed a very ellusive bird here. The Hoopoe. I quietly crept back into the house to grab my camera. Darn birds…I got this one shot before they saw me and took off.
So, I just stood out beyond our gate and took some shots of the morning light and dew drops.
A little bird was sitting on these pallets and of course dropped to the ground as I snapped the shot. If you look closely you can see him behind the weeds on the left of the pallets. Oh…and to all my friends with a Pinterest board of Pallet project pins….I am keeping my eye on these. lol
Nothing like a bit of fog to set up a great shot.
And then there was the sun trying to poke through the fog. Incredible light.
Nothing like starting your day with a bit of nature right outside your door.
