A Winter Walk in the Vineyard

I still pinch myself and say, “We live here.”

Every walk is a renewal of the soul. We cut fresh thyme and rosemary to bring home. We encountered the many bees taking a drink in the rock pool. I didn’t take any photos as they seemed a bit annoyed by our arrival.

We stop often to really see what is here. To appreciate how the change of the season changes the landscape.

In March 2017 my husband and I moved from the U.S. to a hilltop vineyard in Spain. Wine lovers who now live surrounded by vines. What could be better?!

  1. Thank you for taking me with you on your walk. I know you took lots of people, but I had a GREAT time!!! And you didn’t have me there nattering in your ear about what this is and what is that for and isn’t that amazing??? :o)
