T.S. Leslie causes waves

A rare tropical storm (Leslie) came through Portugal and Spain the other night. It made a mess of our garden where it also, unfortunately, blew the rain gauge over, so we have no idea how much rain we got. It also brought waves to the Mediterranean which the surfers seemed to be enjoying. Waves are not normal here so they have to take advantage of them when they can.

Bob had an appointment in Sitges yesterday, so we spent some time watching the waves. Here are a few of the photos and videos that I took. I hope you enjoy.

While the stone pier has a crowd of people taking photos of the rare waves, there are others that aren’t going to let it interfere with their sunbathing on the beach chairs.
