Sunday following the incredible lunch at Les Piques we took our friends back to Sitges to do their own thing for the rest of the evening. Sitges (as usual) was throwing a party!
Bob and I wandered down to Fragata Beach under the church to watch some of the Gay Pride Sitges parade. Last year we attended the concerts on the beach one night but not the parade so this year we did the opposite. You can find more pictures on the Gay Pride Sitges Facebook page here.
This guy was stunning and he was working it!
I was obsessed with the shoes! Number one they are stunning and number two I am jealous that they can walk in them let alone dance in them! One guy was wearing these gorgeous black and gold shoes but too many people got in the way when I was trying to take a photo.
Disclaimer on the video below. The music you hear is coming from the float behind (the one with the speakers bouncing back and forth). The people on the float in front of me are dancing to their music which is why they may seem out of step with the music you hear. 😉
After the parade we walked through town. What a wonderful place Sitges is for the gay community. Truthfully for everyone. Here you are accepted. You can be exactly who you are. Why isn’t the rest of the world like that?
Fantastic gallery and photography! Amazing costumes and colors and you’re right, all those shoes are impressive! Thank you so much for sharing!
