A Coastal Event

We had a “coastal event” weather-wise overnight and this morning. Rain and wind is what we would call it. We didn’t get a lot of rain unfortunately.

Late this afternoon Bob and I went to the beach for a long walk. When we arrived there we were in awe of what we found. The sea was very angry and the usually calm water was raging. The wind was whipping the top of the waves off. It was absolutely incredible. So much so that I ended up taking some 250 photos and videos. I know that’s crazy but between the clouds, the sun breaking through, the waves crashing on the rocks and storming up the beach I just couldn’t help myself.

So, in order to give myself some time to edit the photos and upload videos I will just give you these two random shots from today. Much more to come tomorrow.
