So…a couple of weeks ago we noticed this tree. It looks different than other trees on the property and we were surprised (because of how different it looks) that we had not noticed it before.
On our walks and driving out of the village we looked for its location. It is not visible from everywhere especially when you get close to it. When we did catch a glimpse of it again we noticed what appeared to be an arch underneath it.
We finally figured out where it was a few days ago as we drove out. So yesterday we embarked on the upward hike to check it out. We were not disappointed.

What a spectacular little spot and we love the views. Our plan is to return with a bottle of wine and watch the sunset.
