What a wonderful day!
It is FRIDAY!! Woohoo!
We woke up to a lovely (much needed) rainy day.
A nice steady rain.
A perfect day to do a little baking. Since I made three Blueberry tarts in a week I was ready to make something different. I made another of our favorite desserts, Peach and Blueberry Crumble by the Barefoot Contessa, Ina Garten.
I do not make it in little ramekins but in a large dish.
Oh wow, it smells so good!!
It is amazing how that little bit of lemon makes a difference. Incredibly YUMMY! I know this because we had to try a piece already.
Oh, and now it is wine o’clock here so Bob just brought me a glass of wine. (insert: contented sigh)
