We started Sunday with a wander through the vineyards with Dani. It was a spectacular day with a gorgeous blue sky.
Harvest is still happening here in the vineyard. They are now picking the reds. We were happy to see that there were still some of the grapes on the vines while we walked around.
I love watching these Dad-Daughter times. They don’t get to see each other often so time spent together is precious.
The leaves of the vines are starting to change to lovely fall colors. The plant knows that it has done its job…produced beautiful grapes. Now it is getting ready to rest.
Walking through the vineyards never gets old. There is always something new to see. Something that has changed since our last walk. A path or a section of the vineyard we are discovering for the first time.
