This morning I took my first sunrise walk since December 30th! That was the day that I came down with a cold. It seemed like it would never go away and even though there is a bit lingering I now feel human again.
When my Fitbit alarm woke me this morning I only hesitated slightly before I climbed out of our warm bed and bundled up for my walk. I looked at the temperature on my weather app before going out so I had an idea of what I might see (and feel). The temperature was 36°F felt like 30°F (2°C felt like -1°C). Cold enough in Fahrenheit but Celsius just makes that sound so much worse. Truthfully it didn’t feel too bad as there wasn’t any wind.
